UMass opens its lots and allows tailgating 4 hours before kickoff, ends it at kickoff, and gives you 90 more minutes after the game. Every car needs a paid digital pass, kegs, glass, drinking games, fire pits and deep fryers are banned, and propane tanks top out at 20 pounds.
