What it is
The all-purpose shaker: a pinch of brown sugar, salt, garlic and just enough chili pepper to wake things up. 2 Gringos calls it a fine meat rub, and it goes on anything: burgers, chicken, vegetables, popcorn. If you only pack one shaker for the lot, this is a good one to pack. From the rub maker we use most.
Ingredients (per 2 Gringos): salt, monosodium glutamate, spices, dehydrated garlic, sugar, brown sugar, paprika, dehydrated onion, chili peppers, dehydrated red bell peppers, less than 2% lemon oil, citric acid, papain, calcium stearate and silicon dioxide as processing aids.
