The Oakland lot party made the move to Las Vegas in a smaller size, and most fans now pregame on the Strip. The ones who tailgate mostly gather in Lot J. Joe Gomez, a Las Vegas fan who hadn't missed a game since the team arrived, told the Review-Journal at a 2026 preseason game: "Rain or shine, 125 degrees or zero below, I'm here every single game." The easiest way to see it in costume is the free Modelo zone in Lot N: no game ticket needed, food trucks, the early games on a giant screen, and no age rule posted, so the kids can come. From the casinos, fans walk the Hacienda bridge over, most of them in silver and black. Before kickoff, the Al Davis torch is lit, a ritual carried over from Oakland.

What time do the Allegiant Stadium lots open?

4 hours before kickoff for Raiders games. Cars can line up in the curb lane 1 hour before the lots open, space permitting, but there's no overnight parking. Lots are cleared 1 hour after the game.

Can you grill at Allegiant Stadium?

The stadium's tailgating guidelines don't spell out a grill or fuel rule, but every lot has charcoal-only waste bins for disposal.

Can you drink at Raiders tailgates?

Excessive or underage drinking won't be tolerated in the lots, and the Guest Code of Conduct applies there. Inside, alcohol sales end after the third quarter, 2 drinks per person per transaction, with ID.

Do you need a ticket to tailgate?

Yes. Everyone in a vehicle parked on site needs a ticket to the event. The exception is the Modelo Tailgate Zone in Lot N, which is free and doesn't need a game ticket.

How do you buy parking?

In advance on the SpotHero app. Paying on arrival depends on what's left, and it's card or phone only. MGM lots sold on SpotHero or ParkMobile aren't run by the stadium or the Raiders.

Not every lot allows tailgating, so check the lot before you buy the pass. Everything is cashless.

Your gate
Enter at the gate printed on your pass. Staff send you to the next open stall, so line up and enter together if you want to park next to friends.
Oversized
Nothing longer than 20 feet, and no trailers.
Accessible
Placard or plate plus a parking pass; a placard alone won't get you in. If accessible spaces are full, you get the next open space. ADA drop-off is in Lot B near Gate 2.

Some streets around the stadium turn one-way on game days. Allow extra time and check the official one-way map.
No re-entry. Once you drive out of the lot, your pass is done for the day.
No car? Walk the Hacienda Bridge from Las Vegas Blvd at Mandalay Bay, about 10 to 15 minutes and closed to cars on game days. RTC's Deuce runs 24/7 on the Strip, and RTC's Game Day Express runs 6 routes from local casinos. Rideshare uses the front half of Lot N on Dean Martin Dr.

Every lot has charcoal-only waste bins.
Alcohol
Excessive or underage drinking won't be tolerated. The Guest Code of Conduct applies in the lots.
Your space
From the back of your vehicle to the red painted emergency line. Not past it, and not on sidewalks or painted walkways.
Who's allowed
Everyone in a vehicle parked on site needs an event ticket. Every space needs a vehicle and a valid pass, and nobody saves spaces.
Not allowed
Selling anything, ads on vehicles, flyers, weapons, fireworks, drones, and riding golf carts, scooters or skateboards.
When it ends
Tailgating ends when the game starts. Break down then, or sooner if staff ask. Lots are cleared 1 hour after the game.
Bags at the gate
Clear, up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches, plus a small clutch up to 4.5 x 6.5 inches. No outside food or drinks inside.
Gates open

Where the party is

Allegiant sets aside about 6,000 tailgating spaces across 13 lots, on site and off. The rules are tight on space and time, so the move is a compact setup behind the red line and a clean breakdown when the game starts.

The Raiders' free pregame zone in Lot N, across the street from the stadium. Food trucks, music and photo ops, and you don't need a game ticket to get in.

What to eat

Allegiant's lots leave room for a compact grill behind your car, and the charcoal bins are there for when you're done. For a bar pregame close to the gates, the Tailgater Tavern at 3990 W. Russell Rd. is a 24/7 sports bar with a full food menu, about a half-mile walk from the stadium.

Getting out

Allegiant sits just west of I-15, between the Tropicana and Russell exits. Ways out, best first:

  1. Walk the Hacienda Bridge. It's closed to cars on game days and takes about 10 to 15 minutes to Las Vegas Blvd.
  2. Ride the Game Day Express. RTC buses start leaving about 30 minutes after the game ends.
  3. Rideshare from Lot N. Pickup is in the front half of Lot N on Dean Martin Dr. Mandalay Bay and Luxor add rideshare spots across the bridge.

  4. Skip this

    Race the whole stadium out. The lots stay open an hour after the game. You don't have to be first out.
