Lambeau Field lots open 4 hours before kickoff, and tailgating ends at kickoff in every stadium-controlled lot. Charcoal and propane are both fine, your whole setup has to fit in the 9 x 6 feet behind your car, and the lots around the stadium are sold out to season pass holders. Everyone else parks in the neighborhood.
