M&T Bank Stadium lots open 4.5 hours before kickoff, and tailgating ends 30 minutes after kickoff. Every stadium lot is permit-only, tents aren't allowed, and you can only cook in the hot lots: A, B/C, G, H, N, NN and O. Read the letter on your permit before you pack the grill.
