Rutgers opens its stadium lots 5 hours before kickoff, and they close at dusk after day games or 2 hours after night games. Keep the tailgate to a small area behind or in front of your car, tents 10 x 10 or smaller, no kegs or beer balls, and charcoal goes in the yellow barrels. Not going in? Rutgers says the lots are for ticket holders, and the rest leave at kickoff.
