What it is
Monument rates it at about 10 burgers at a time, so two rounds off the tailgate feed the crew, seconds included. The 13742 is Monument's two-burner tabletop: the same cook as its G22, with a solid stainless lid instead of a window, for $30 less.
Per Monument, 200 square inches of stainless grate and 15,000 BTU is what those 10 burgers sit on. It comes with a hose for a standard 20 lb propane tank; to run 1 lb cylinders, add Monument's 1 lb adapter. The lid latches shut, so it rides in the bed without clanging, and the drip tray pulls out, so you're not scraping grease in the lot. A thermometer sits in the lid, and at about 31 lbs it's a one-hand lift into the bed by the handle on top. Monument covers the burners for 8 years and most other parts for 2.

How it works in the lot

Hook up the tank.
The included hose runs to a 20 lb tank. Use 1 lb bottles with Monument's adapter.
Light it, preheat it.
Push and turn a knob. Monument says about 15 minutes, lid closed, gets it to 500°F.
Lid down between flips.
The thermometer in the lid shows the heat, so you only open it to flip.
