What it is

The Taiga Cooler Wheel Kit puts wheels on Taiga's 55 qt and 88 qt coolers, the big ones that hold 60 to 100 cans. Once a cooler that size is loaded, carrying it isn't much fun; with the kit on, one person rolls it.

Taiga says the kit installs quickly with no tools, and its heavy-duty wheels are made for pavement, gravel, grass and sand, so it handles the walk from a far lot as well as the campsite.

It fits only Taiga's 55 qt and 88 qt coolers. Pair it with the Taiga 55 qt Cooler and about 60 cans roll from the truck to the tailgate.

Why we picked it

A 60-can cooler shouldn't be a two-person carry.

Taiga made this kit for its 55 and 88 qt coolers, the ones that hold 60 to 100 cans. Loaded, they're heavy. With wheels, one person rolls it.

It goes on without tools, Taiga says, and the heavy-duty wheels handle pavement, gravel, grass and sand.

Put it on the Taiga 55 qt and you've got about 60 cans that roll from the truck to the tailgate.
