Bank of America Stadium doesn't post one lot-opening time, because private operators run most of the parking around it; gates open 2 hours before kickoff. Charcoal isn't allowed in stadium-run lots, grills stay out of parking decks, and open flames keep 10 feet from cars and 25 feet from buildings. In Uptown, the lot you book sets the rules.
