Where the party is
A-State puts its tailgate in one place, a park on the west side of the stadium, and builds it the afternoon before. By game day the plots are up and the Red Wolf Walk cuts straight through the middle of it.
The main event
Dustin White Realty Tailgate City
At Mike Watson Park, just west of the stadium and run by the Red Wolves Foundation. Reserved spaces come with setup, and Plot Only spaces are for fans who bring their own gear.
The moment
The Red Wolf Walk
The team starts near the A-State Pavilion and walks through Tailgate City to the main W2 gates, about 2 hours 15 minutes before kickoff. The band and spirit squads play just before.
The student side
The Pines
Students can tailgate in The Pines, east of the stadium by Gate E2. Drop off gear by 1 p.m., when vehicles are cut off.
What to eat
Trailer cookers are welcome inside your Tailgate City space, and food trucks set up nearby on game day.
Getting out
Two highways border the stadium, and nobody is allowed to park on their shoulders. Your options, best first:
- Ride GOJO back. Game-day routes run until 30 minutes after the game.
- Use your lot's own entrance. Each lot color has a numbered campus entrance on the official map. Leave the way you came in.
- Hang back in Tailgate City. Your setup is already there, and the roads clear while you pack it up.
Skip this
Cut across the grass. Unmarked grass is off limits, and the rope lines mean it.
