Louisiana Tech's tailgate centers on Bulldog Village and Argent Pavilion, where the Walk of Pride starts, and fills the donor lots (White, Red, Blue and Gold) and the tailgate lots on the west and south sides. Lot C, south of Alabama Avenue, is tailgate-only with no parking, so park in the free public lot off Alabama Avenue and Tech Drive and carry the gear over. Reserved spots at The Bone Yard and Tailgating at the Turn sell by the game or the season.

The center

Bulldog Village

The main pregame tailgating area by Argent Pavilion, with reserved spots by the game or the season and the start of the Bulldog Walk of Pride.

The free lots

Tailgate Lots A, B and C

Free tailgating west of the stadium by the Thomas Assembly Center (A and B) and south of Alabama Avenue (C, tailgate only).

The student side

Hideaway Park

The student tailgating home on game day, across Bulldog Drive from Argent Pavilion.

What to eat

Louisiana Tech doesn't post a grill rule for the lots, so check before you fire one up, or bring food cooked at home and keep it warm.

Getting out

Every lot empties onto Alabama Avenue or Tech Drive. Your options, best first:

  1. Ride the Tech Trolley back downtown. The drop-off zone stays open until 1 hour after the game.
  2. Leave by your lot's own entrance. Red from the west, Blue and Gold onto Alabama Avenue, White and free public parking onto Tech Drive.
  3. Race everyone onto Alabama Avenue at the final whistle. The whole stadium has the same plan.

First time here?

  • Tailgating is free in Lots A, B and C.
  • Lot A needs a parking pass. Lot C is tailgate-only, no parking.
  • Passes are checked at lot entrances from 8 hours out.
  • Grill and alcohol rules aren't posted. Ask first.
  • Line the Bulldog Walk of Pride about 2.5 hours before kickoff.
  • Clear bag only. Gates open 90 minutes before kickoff.

Visiting? How to join a tailgate

The free lots are open to anyone, so start in Lot B or Lot C. Walk them in your colors with something to share and say hello before you step into a setup.
