Texas parking lots open at 7 a.m. on game days, and tents and setups can go up at the same time. You can tailgate in the open areas on the official map and in permit lots 37, 38 and 39, never in a UT garage, and drinking is for 21 and over in designated areas. Then go find Bevo Blvd, which costs nothing.
