Baylor's on-site tailgate spots open for setup at 4 p.m. the day before a home game, open again at 8 a.m. on game day (6 a.m. for 11 a.m. kickoffs), and must be cleared by midnight. Grills and smokers are fine if someone attends them, tent stakes can't go deeper than 12 inches, and boats can tie up along the Baylor Basin flood wall when there's room.
