UTEP's outer campus lots open for parking and tailgating at 8 a.m. on game day, and the inner campus lots open at noon. Keep your setup to one space and within 4 feet of your vehicle, stay out of the garages, and leave the glass, kegs and beer funnels at home; alcohol stays in the designated lots. The south-side lots are free, so the move is to get in early and claim a space.
